Hosted Exchange Email Service Retirement


The Hosted Exchange service has been retired. Appointed admin users of account holders have been notified through an extensive series of notifications.

When will you delete my data from your servers?

Customers will have no access to the service from 10am Tuesday 4th May 2021. In line with our data retention policies all mailbox data will be deleted on 31st May 2021.

CORE Marketplace Performance 18th August 2021

We are currently aware of issues with our CORE Marketplace; reported errors include "Access Forbidden" or Sales Categories taking longer than usual to load. New purchases can still be made via the Classic Panel.

This has been reported to our Vendor with the highest Priority.

Service Impact: We do not expect any influence but packet loss might occur briefly during the activity while the traffic is routed between the network devices and in some unlikely circumstances operation of Acronis services might be degraded. 

Reason for Maintenance: Engineers will perform an infrastructure network maintenance in SXB1 (Strasbourg, France) during which their core Network devices will be updated for an overall better quality of the provided services.
